Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 中：no period of time in which an alien is under 18 years of age shall be taken into account in determining the period of unlawful presnce in the United States under CLAUSE (I) 是不是只适用于 Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(i)(I)， 逾期 180天到小于一年的情况？
Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 没提 CLAUSE (II) ,那么Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(i)(II)如果逾期超过一年呢是不是就不适用这 mino exception 呢
我看很多网站，也有律师说18岁以下逾期不算，那么是不是有其他的 memo或修改条例呢？
如果小孩逾期呆在美国，在18岁以后逾期不超过 180天离开，她在境外还有可能以学生签证再进来吗？
