小孩来美才几个月，怕万一COS转学生签证不成功，打算让小孩逾期留下来上完高中，界时小孩刚刚18岁零2个月。
Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 中的 Exception for minors 提到 no period of time in which an alien is under 18 years of age shall be taken into account in determining the period of unlawful presnce in the United States under CLAUSE (I)
Clause (I) 是逾期180天到小于一年的情况。
Clause(II) 是逾期超过一年的情况，那是不是说这个exception 只是针对 逾期不超过1年的 minors, 如果逾期超过1年，即使是under 18，那出境后再签证是不是也照样 barred within 10 years 呢？
