My son and I are flying back to China tomorrow, we just found that USCIS give the A# based on my EB3, but it was withdrawn 6 months ago. But the company receipt of application showing we filed AP based on the EB2. So is there any problems?
I am afraid that if the custom see the case was cancelled and we do not have the AP for this EB2, we might got into trouble.
