As the pandemic was almost over, I began to learn swimming on last weekend.
I have had the plan of learning swimming for several years but it has been delayed for all kind of excuses, including but not limited to the pandemic, the cold water temperature, etc.
To guarantee I can master the swimming skills this time, I found a coach as my friend suggested. The swimming pool was indoor, and to my surprise, the water temperature was pretty warm. After I had my first lesson, I felt very fresh and pretty good. I learned floating on my stomach, kicking legs and floating on my back, but I could not master the skill of standing from backfloat yet and choked with water one time.:) Thankful to YouTube, I find the tricks after I got home.
Hopefully, I could stand well from backfloat and make some progress next time! :)
