是呀，除非买的时候没想道要出租，不然的话打插边球，心累

IRS rule is different from Fannie Mae rule

他们互相通气吗？比如找了租客有收入，不交税不好吧，于是报税了，然后IRS一看，通知bank了。。。。

没有法律要求通气。但是你犯了事，警员一查什么都查出来

同样朽哥，经常想着小便宜的做不成大事

首先要查看你的小区H O A是否容许出租，很多是不容许短租的，必须长租，9个月以上，第二，二房一年中只能半年出租必须自己住半年

所以说，很多2N D H O M E 是基本上不能出租的。家人朋友去住住可以。

有的时候的确是要搬了自住的，只是种种原因不能马上搬
