我有个房租想出租，有一个申请人说：

We have a business in which 4 clients live with us who are in treatment during the day for eating disorder/anxiety and depression

The clients will sleep there at the house but they go to class during the day and come back early evening Monday- Friday

其他方面还行。不知道这种房客回有什么潜在的问题？

和租给人做幼儿园一样，会有额外的责任吧

做group home的人要买commercial 保险，然后把你的名字也要加上，见昨天的讨论

你要搞清楚你的保险是否cover吧

也可能是有drug 问题的
