知道德国车都挑机油，宝马除了挑还易烧或漏机油！
自吸汽油引擎的宝马自2000年前后采用Longlife-01即LL01规范，至于是5W30还是0W30,5W40,0W40于我并不重要，因为我这里冬天平均气温在0度以上，故低温启动时机油的流动性0W和5W差别并不大，之所以选SAE40主要是为了保证高温状态下机油的粘度不至于太“稀”【宝马素以高温漏油烧油著称】，品牌就更退而求其次，最终购买决定更多出于购买方便和价格方面的考虑。
以前一直用Mobil One的0W40【最便宜，没有之一】，后来Mobil One没了LL01认证就用Castrol的欧方0W40【5加仑稍贵几刀，还是世面能买到的最便宜的LL01机油】，因为下个月要换机油，这次买了Liqui Moly Leichtlauf High Tech 5W40滋补一下，5L装要比Castrol 0W40贵十刀， 网传效果甚好，这次换过听听音儿感觉下效果再更新。
今天在FCP溜达无意碰到Liqui Moly的一款新机油［其实已经好几年了］：Liqui Moly 5W40 Molygen New Generation［LL01］，价格只比LM High Tech 5W40 5L装贵一刀而已。
这款机油之所以提神是那个MFC技术，十几年曾在一辆30多万公里的老卡车上用过一种机油添加剂“RESTORE"，也是类似这种钨钼修复减摩原理，但MFC降躁改善油耗效果如何尚不得而知。
