Hi, my H1b was filed last Monday using premium process. My lawyer forwarded an email she got from CIS CA center yesterday. there is a case number. I put this case number in CIS case status link, it showed

"Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application."

Is this normal? I called the number for premium process, no live person, same info. Shall I call 1-800-375-5283? Seems no live person there too.

I have case number. Why not found in website?
