I hired her to file H-1 last year. She first suggested that I could qualify for premium processing so that I could know the result much sooner, and I paid her the additional $300 attorney fee for premium processing. However, after a few days she told me that I no longer qualify and I only could file regular. I said I was OK with that, but when I asked her for the $300 back. Her answer was "we already did all the paperwork, even though it won't be filed with USCIS, we still cannot refund you the $300." Of course I was not too happy with that, especially after I found out later on it was a really simple form she had to filled out for the $300.
Custom service is really lacking. Initially I tried to call her with questions. I called her just 2 or 3 times. I knew her time was valuable, so I already tried to be concise, but she sounded impatient. So I figured maybe emails would be better. She did reply to emails pretty quickly, but you will be lucky if she answered one of your questions. Not helpful there either. Recently, I had to call her just once regarding my status extension issue, after finally passing the receptionist (The receptionist told me Ms. Xu was unavailable after she pulled up my name in her database and saw the case is already closed, after much persistance, she finally put me through. You know Ms. Xu was not unavaiable, just didn't want to talk to me, because she does believe she will make more money on me) I got to talk to Ms. Xu for about 2 minutes literally, before she told me if I continued to ask questions, I would have to pay. Of course I hung up right away.
I don't think I could recommend her to any of my friends.
