I am H1b in a university now. I will transfer to a new university and continue on H1b.
My wife used her 485 based EAD and therefore she is AOS now. She will quit her job and move together with me. My question is whether I can have the new university switch she back to H4 without leaving US? Or, I can simply do nothing about her status and have her on AOS and use 485 EAD to go for new job?
