just got the deny notice, four pages including only one page about why... basically only one point:

two of my frequently cited papers one in Nature (accepted in July 2006, published in Oct. 2006) one paper in leading journal in the field (accepted in June and published in November 2006). My petition was submitted in September, 2006... so the IO stated that the evidence only showed I have been qualified for NIW after the petition!
