大家都在说quinoa好,我看了一下label, 好像差不多啊?是不是我哪里理解错了?
quinoa:
1/4 cup dry (44g), total carbohydrates 28g, including dietary fiber 3g, sugar 2g
white rice:
1/4 cup dry (45g), total carbohydrates 36g, including dietary fiber 0g, sugar 0g
白米是多了一点,不过好像没差多少?而且好吃多了?:)
