今早房客发的Email，现在我非常困惑 请教各位大神，这微波炉为什么会着火， 房客的话可信吗？ 房客4月搬入, 迄今为止 修了空调， sprinkers, 和其他一些小修理。交租准时。
Woke up this morning to a fire alarm, a very smoky house and the microwave on fire. Nothing was in it, nobody was using it, just went off. My girlfriend told me last night when she was downstairs that the microwave looked like it was turned off with the clock not working. I thought nothing of it at the time, now I'm thinking some sort of electrical surge happened. We did flip the breaker off on it this morning just to be safe.
Fire was behind the grating on the right side of the microwave, where I'm assuming the motor part is (picture attached). We had to pull out the fire extinguisher from under the sink to put it out.
Airing out the house, no other damage besides just a lot of smoke and of course a broken down microwave.
过了两个小时，又发了一个Email。
I was pretty tired when everything went down this morning. I took a couple more pictures of the microwave. After I woke up. I was able to wipe away the residue off the cabinets as well so the only real damage it seems is the actual microwave.
