I have several questions want to ask and wish someone can tell us the answer, thanks.
1.I heard from one of my friends said that FP only keep 15 months and USCIS have to finish the 2nd FP within 18 months. Is it true?
Which means : My FP was done on 6/22/07, I should receive the 2nd before 12/22/08?
2. On last Friday, I called TSC to request another SR because of my Processtime over 30 days, and PD was 3 years ahead, and NC was over 1.5 years. But the IO said, I can't do the second SR because of the first SR respond wanted us to wait without any specific days such as 45 or 60 days. What we can do just wait the decision without timeline. Is it strange?
3. According to the WOM, what kind of the siturations that we can file WOM? I am tired of waiting and want to know if we are qualified?
