Thanks for everyone's congr. and supports. My case finally approved after 7 years waiting. In fact, my case was started to put on advisement on 06/ 2002. Finally I filed LC on Dec 02 so my PD was 12/02. My case was EB3 on ROW so I am far ahead of the current PD which 05/05. My RD is 05/07 before the July/Aug mass.
I felt the all GC process was a long and pain process not only to myself but also to my family. Althogh my case is approved, my wife's case still in pending. Her case is misplaced and not linked to my case so she can't not be approved at the same time. Without the 2nd FP, no I-485 would be approved. So, we still have half way to go.
I deeply believe that ask Senator is better than Congressman and really help. We requested a Senator in Dec and approved in Jan. Besides, you would receive faster reply from those Senators if request to Senator through your boss or powerful people who is the citizen and would be the future voters to those Senators.
Finally, I wish my wife's case would be processed soon and we really can get free. God bless you and have a nice weekend
