My wife just got welcome letter today mailed by USCIS (Mine was approved on 1/2009). But the TSC system still showed "pending since 5/23/2007". We called the laywer and she said the TSC system was crashed because there were too many cases. The exactly letter is more important than any e-mails. The letter was approved on 4/9 but nothing shown on e-mail or status on line. So don't give up, you might be the next one to receive the letter.
By the way, I tried 3 times SR, 4 times Infopass and 1 time letter to Sentator. My experience : Sentator is very helpful, both myself and my wife got approved within one month after mailed the letter to Sentator. Got 2nd FP by Infopass. Uselesss to open SR so don't waste your time!
