For the last couple days, I saw a lot of people got approved from Trackitt, com. Most of these people's RD were Aug/07 and FP were Oct. So when they got approved, their FP were not expired.
My situation:
My PD 12/02, RD May 07, FP June/07 but I still not receive any information yet so I asked the infopass and also request to Congressman's office. The answer I received from Infopass was that the 2nd FP notice would mail to you when (1) your PD was current (2) FP expired (15months) (3) someone just look at your case. Tell the truth, infopass knows nothing related to FP.
On the late October, The congressman's office told me that they receive the response from USCIS that my FP was expired and USCIS would request the second FP for me. After taking the FP, I still need to wait 3-4 months for further review....
How can I know did the USCIS really and when to request the FP for me, does someone has the same situation and can tell me how long should I expect to receive the notice? I am worried the notice would be receive when I am not in the US. Thanks
