紫貂鱼/sable fish (frozen): 265 g/9.3 oz

橄榄油/olive oil: 1 tablespoon

盐/salt: ¼ teaspoon

黑胡椒/black pepper: ¼ teaspoon

204 摄氏度烤鱼10分钟 /Bake fish at 400 F for 10 minutes 

 

Cook Mushroom

橄榄油/olive oil: 2 tablespoons

洋葱/onion: 65g/2.3 oz

鲜蘑/mushroom (white and brown): 218 g/7.7 oz

蒜/garlic: 14 g/0.5 oz

淀粉水/starch water (1 teaspoon starch + 2 tablespoon water)

盐/salt: ¼ teaspoon

白葡萄酒/white wine: 1 tablespoon
