Ingredients:
酵母水(Yeast):
牛奶:120 毫升 (milk: 1/2 cup)
开水:120 毫升(boiling water: 1/2 cup)
糖:8克(sugar: 1 tablespoon)
酵母:6克(dry yeast: 2 teaspoons)
面包配料(Ingredients for bread)
中筋面粉:382克(all-purpose flour: 3 cups)
盐:1克(salt: 1/4 teaspoon)
奶油:57克(butter: 4 tablespoons)
Key Steps:
揉面5-8分钟(Knead dough for 5-8minutes)
烤箱设置220 C预热5分钟(Preheat oven to 425 F for 5 minutes)
调温至175 C烤35分钟(Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes)
对照组:冷牛奶+室温水发酵;较长的发酵时间。做好的面包一样松软鲜香。
